2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1 Payment at End of Trip
- Cash: payment in euros (EUR)
- Bank card: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard via mobile terminal
- Payconiq: payment via the Payconiq by Bancontact app
2.2 Advance Payment
- Bank transfer: for advance confirmed bookings
3. When to Pay
- Standard trips: payment at the end of the trip
- Airport shuttle (outbound): payment upon arrival at airport
- Airport shuttle (return): payment upon arrival at destination
- Tourist transfers: payment at the end of the service
4. Invoicing
An invoice can be provided upon request. Contact us at info@taxizara.be with:
- Full name or company name
- Complete address
- VAT number (for professionals)
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Free Cancellation
More than 24 hours before pick-up:
100% free cancellation, no charges.
5.2 Cancellation with Charges
- Between 12 and 24 hours in advance: 50% of the trip amount
- Less than 12 hours in advance: 100% of the trip amount
- No-show: 100% of the trip amount

6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Cases
- Cancellation by TaxiZara: full refund
- Major technical problem: partial or full refund
- Non-compliant service: after review of complaint
6.2 Refund Timeframe
- Bank transfer: 5 to 10 business days
- Bank card: according to your bank's timeframes (5 to 14 days)
7. Special Cases
7.1 Customer Delay
- Free waiting time of 15 minutes
- After that, waiting charges may apply
- After 30 minutes without contact, the trip may be considered a no-show
7.2 Airport Shuttle - Flight Delay
We track your flight in real-time. In case of delay, we adjust our arrival time at no extra charge.
