Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between TaxiZara, a passenger transport company, and its customers for any taxi service, airport shuttle, tourist transfer or express delivery.

Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these T&C.

3. Services Offered

• Ardennes Taxi: passenger transport in the Belgian Ardennes
• Airport Shuttle: transfers to/from Brussels-Zaventem, Charleroi, Luxembourg
• Tourist Transfers: transport to tourist attractions
• Medical Transport: accompaniment for medical appointments
• Express Delivery: urgent package transport

4. Booking

4.1 Booking Methods

4.2 Required Information

• Full name
• Phone number
• Pick-up and drop-off addresses
• Desired date and time
• Number of passengers and luggage

5. Pricing

5.1 Fixed Prices

TaxiZara operates a fixed price policy communicated in advance. The price indicated at confirmation is the final price, with no hidden fees.

5.2 Price Calculation

The price is calculated based on:

• Trip distance
• Type of service requested
• Time and day (night, weekend, holiday rates)
• Additional services (child seat, etc.)

6. Payment

Payment terms are described on our Payment and Refund page.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash (EUR)
• Bank card (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer
• Payconiq

7. Cancellation and Modification

7.1 By the Customer

• More than 24 hours in advance: free cancellation
• Between 12 and 24 hours in advance: 50% of the amount
• Less than 12 hours in advance: 100% of the amount
• No-show: 100% of the amount

7.2 By TaxiZara

In case of cancellation by TaxiZara (breakdown, force majeure), the customer will be fully refunded.

8. Customer Obligations

• Be present at the agreed time and place
• Provide accurate information when booking
• Respect the vehicle and driver
• No smoking in the vehicle
• Not transport illegal substances
• Wear seatbelt

9. TaxiZara Obligations

• Ensure punctual and professional service
• Provide a clean vehicle in good condition
• Respect traffic rules and safety regulations
• Provide a courteous and experienced driver
• Respect confidentiality of customer information

10. Luggage and Pets

The number and size of luggage must be indicated when booking. Pets are accepted subject to prior agreement. Guide dogs are always welcome.

11. Liability

TaxiZara is covered by professional liability insurance. TaxiZara cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.).

13. Applicable Law

These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Liège have jurisdiction.
